Fourth of July screams burgers, hot dogs, cold beer, and…workouts? Sure does in Katherine Lynn Fitness. So, my gift to you today is a fun, sweaty workout you can do anywhere (aka bodyweight). I’m calling this workout, Death by 4s.
Heads up, I am sharing just a snippet of the workout on the blog here today, but if you want the whole, sweaty, cuss-worthy wonderful thing, be sure to sign up for my weekly emails.
