Obsession free nutrition and fitness

Teaching women how to change their bodies, minds, and lifestyles without obsession

Hello and welcome!

I’m Katherine! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 coach, and 10+ year eating disorder survivor. I look around the fitness industry and see so many trainers ignoring the fact that many of us have struggled with serious disordered eating pasts. These experiences influence how we approach exercise and nutrition, and that’s why I stand with you. I’ve seen the damage that restriction and overexercise can do to your body firsthand. I don’t want another woman to feel that pain, so I am speaking out.

Instead of alluding gently to an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, I’m speaking my truth and standing up for the women who have reclaimed their lives from eating disorder hell.

Katherine Lynn Fitness is all about:

  • Ending the black & white mindset that has us constantly chasing perfection
  • Automating nutrition so we know exactly what to eat and when to eat it
  • Structuring indulgence & rest so that we can actually enjoy our lives
  • Shortening and leveling up our workouts so slaving away at the gym is in the past

My mission is to help women change their bodies without reverting to obsession or disordered eating tendencies by teaching them to joyfully eat and move in a way that gets results.

When I wanted to start “getting in shape” after battling ED for 10+ years, I was scared. I didn’t think it would be possible without getting super obsessive or restrictive again. But I did it, and I’m committed to helping other women change their bodies, without obsession, stress or restriction. So, if you would like to make serious strides towards your goals without dietary restriction, obsession, over-exercise, I would love to work with you!

Questions? I’d love to hear from you!
